There seem to be very few people who don’t like chocolate! So why not spend a few hours being immersed in the sights, smells and, oh yes, the taste of high quality chocolate. We will cover making raw, gluten-free chocolate cake, truffles, chocolate bars, individual chocolates, chocolate pots and a few other goodies. The advanced technique of tempering chocolate will also be taught. Tempering is what gives chocolate that lovely shine and makes a lovely ‘snap’ to the chocolate. All in time for Christmas!

    Hello Lisa,

    I am 16 years old I myself do not eat fully raw but more than a half of my daily intake of food is raw and I also eat cooked starches. I am also vegan and I am very interested about learning more about the raw food lifestyle. I wanted to know if you are soon organising any events. I just started college so I might not be able to make it if is from Monday to Friday.
